Our weather policy follows USAFlag guidance.

• Rain/Snow:
  Games will usually continue in rain or snow. Practices under these conditions are optional.

• Thunder/Lightning:
  If thunder occurs at the scheduled time, play is postponed for 30 minutes. If thunder continues, the event is cancelled.

• Heavy Rain/Downpour:
  If there’s a significant downpour, play will be postponed for 30 minutes. If heavy rain persists, the event is cancelled.
  (All cancelled games will be played the following day — Sunday.)

• Flooded Fields:
  If fields are flooded, games or practice will be cancelled.

• Communication:
  Postponements and cancellations will be shared via this text thread as quickly as possible (typically 45 minutes before practice).
  For games, the league will notify coaches and teams through the Band app.
  (All cancelled games will be played the following day — Sunday.)

• Player Attendance:
  Attendance during inclement weather is at the discretion of each family. Players will not be penalized for missing games or practices due to weather.

• Reschedules:
  Games will not be rescheduled,  If too few players are unavailable.  Your attendance is important and affects your team.  Please notify your coach if your player will not attend.

Pocono Elite is your Premier Youth Flag Football League. The ages for the Upcoming Spring Season are Ages 6-17.

Pocono Elite is dedicated to the philosophy that all athletes will receive equal amounts of playing time regardless of skill, experience or ability. Rules and regulations are established to ensure that players play in an atmosphere of safety with a competitive balance between teams. The only league in the Pocono Area qualified to enter into NFL & USA FLAG Tournaments.

Games are all held on Saturdays only, unless there is a rainout or other uncontrollable circumstances. 

Note:  Proof of age ( Birth Certificate ) is required for the Oldest Bracket 15Y - 17Y.
